Whole house large flow PP melt blown spun sediment filter designed for Big Blue housing systems. This polypropylene meltblown filter element is manufactured from non-toxic, odorless polypropylene resin through hot melting, spinning, traction, reception, and bonding processes.
The unique gradient depth filtration structure features coarse outer fibers and fine inner fibers, creating a three-dimensional filter residue effect. This design provides high porosity, excellent retention rates, large dirt holding capacity, high flow rates, and low pressure drop characteristics.
