Reverse osmosis water purifier is a common water treatment equipment used to remove dissolved solids, dissolved inorganic salts, organic matter, microorganisms and other pollutants from tap water, well water or other water sources to obtain high-purity purified water.
Components of reverse osmosis water purifier filter:PP+UDF+CTO+RO membrane+T33(Usually the RO system is 5 stages,If need to improve the test,can add the other filter.Like mineral filter and alkaline filter)
Reverse osmosis water purifier is based on reverse osmosis technology and uses a semi-permeable membrane (i.e., reverse osmosis membrane) to filter and separate water. The membrane has a very fine pore structure that can effectively prevent most of the ions, molecules and particulate matter dissolved in water from passing through, and only allows water molecules to pass through. When water passes through the reverse osmosis membrane, the pollutants in it are trapped on one side of the membrane, while pure water flows out from the other side of the membrane, thereby achieving purification and separation.
How reverse osmosis water purifier work?
As shown in the figure above,
1. Tap water enters the first-stage filter element of the water purifier, the polypropylene fiber filter element (PP cotton), from the water inlet three-way ball valve.
2. And then enters the second-stage filter, the granular activated carbon filter (UDF)
3. enters the third-stage compressed activated carbon filter element (CTO). At this time, the water coming out of the compressed activated carbon filter element is divided into two paths.
(1) One path is directly connected to the faucet and becomes clean water, which can be used to wash vegetables and dishes, etc.;
(2) The other path passes through the water inlet solenoid valve and the booster pump (increasing the water pressure to allow it to pass through the RO membrane) and enters our reverse osmosis membrane filter element (RO).
(1) One path is concentrated water, that is, waste water. This water has a relatively high salt content and can be used to flush the toilet or directly discharged into the sewer;
(2) The other path is our pure water, which basically has no impurities and can be drunk directly. When pure water comes out.if the water output of the RO membrane is relatively small (<400G), a pressure barrel will be connected to store water through the pressure barrel, and then the water flow will be larger when it is used; if the water output of the RO membrane is greater than 400G (currently the mainstream in the market), then a pressure barrel is not needed.

Reverse osmosis water purifier's advantages
Reverse osmosis water purifier is widely used in household, commercial and industrial fields for drinking water purification, water treatment, pharmaceutical, electronics industry, beverage production, seawater desalination and other fields. It can effectively remove various water pollutants such as bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, dissolved salts, drug residues, etc., and provide safe and clean drinking water and industrial water.
