Product Description
The 4.5"x10" 4.5"x20" PP Sediment Granular Activated Carbon GAC/UDF Activated Carbon Block CTO filter cartridges is standard size for big blue filter housing, widely used in wholehouse water filter systems.
Polypropylene meltblown filter element is made of non-toxic and odorless polypropylene resin through hot melting, spinning, traction, reception, and bonding through the winding and bonding of the fiber itself. The structure of the filter element is coarse outer fiber, fine inner fiber, unique gradient depth filtration forms a three-dimensional filter residue effect, with high porosity and high retention rate, large dirt holding capacity, large flow, low pressure drop characteristics.

High-quality NSF-certified activated carbon granules are used as raw materials, which are pickled and winnowed to minimize the ash in the charcoal. These treated granular activated carbon are loaded into the shell, and the end caps are melted at both ends of the shell with ultrasonic equipment, and the non-woven spacers that play a filtering role are put into both ends of the shell to ensure that no carbon powder and black water are dropped during use.

Activated carbon block (CTO) is made of coal activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon with high adsorption iodine value as filter materials, which are continuously extruded by heating or molded and sintered. The inside and outside of the carbon rod filter element are wrapped with a layer of non-woven fabric with filtering effect to ensure that the carbon rod does not lose powder. The charcoal rod is equipped with a soft gasket at both ends and fixed with end caps. The filter element has the characteristics of excellent adsorptioncapacity, high filtration accuracy, large dirt holding capacity and long service life.
